IE6: It's not just because of companies!

I’m absolutely sick and tired of hearing about how we’re stuck with Internet Explorer 6, because of corporate environments that don’t permit upgrades to a non web standards browser. There’s no hard evidence supporting this, so I’ve investigated some of the other routes by which Internet Explorer 6 is still permitted to live.
