What information do you need for my project?

A project proposal worksheet can be provided on request, which asks a series of questions to help you define your project.

How much will my project cost / how long will it take?

This entirely depends upon the project – quotes are done on a project by project basis, based upon the information provided in the project proposal worksheet.  The aim is to provide a project proposal, ballpark cost and timescales within 2 working days of receiving your completed worksheet.

Your worksheet mentions a project specification – why do I need one?

A project specification serves a number of purposes:

1. It provides the client with a specific list and scope of the work that is being included in the given price.
2. It provides us with a clear scope of the work to be done.
3. It ensures we both understand each other and the project.
4. It allows us to provide a specific cost breakdown, which will always be within the ballpark cost (unless you request new functionality etc.)

What are your payment terms?

A minimum 25% upfront deposit secures availability.  Further milestone part payments will be required, at times specified in the project specification.

I’m an agency – will you work with us on a project?

Yes, providing you have client signoff and approval on the project first.  It is not possible to engage in writing project specifications or quote breakdowns without appropriate client signoff.
